In September 2024, Warren helped lead SVV Technology Innovations Inc. to a $22.4 million patent infringement verdict against ASUSTeK Computer Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. A seven-member jury found that ASUSTeK willfully infringed four SVV patents related to LED-backlit display technologies used in ASUSTeK monitors. The verdict recognized the innovations of SVV’s founder in the fields of optics and lighting technology.
