Warren previously represented a U.K.-based nanotechnology company in its patent infringement lawsuit against Samsung Electronics Co. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleging willful infringement of five patents related to cadmium-free quantum dot technology used in Samsung’s QLED televisions. On the eve of jury selection, Samsung agreed to pay Nanoco $150 million.
